Complete the following eight steps to create your new listing:

STEP 1
Select a nickname and heading for your new listing .
STEP 2
Make your on-line payment (Visa and MasterCard accepted). If you do not have a Visa or MasterCard, please stop here and contact us at (518)891-9919
STEP 3
Enter the property address and contact information.
STEP 4
Enter the property price, description and features.
STEP 5
Select a real estate category.
STEP 6
Select a building style.
STEP 7
Read our Owner's Notice and submit your new listing to display on Catskills "By Owner."
STEP 8
Upload your photos and review your listing (if you do not have digital photos or cannot upload your photos, further instructions will be provided in Step 8).

Read and accept our Owner's Notice and submit your new listing to display on Catskills "By Owner."

Upload your photos and review your listing (if you do not have digital photos or cannot upload your photos, further instructions will be provided in Step 8).
